Hempcrete is a carbon negative building system used in solid walls, solid floors, roof insulation, solid wall insulation and in the repair of historic properties. It has excellent thermal properties and is breathable, helping to create healthy and comfortable buildings which meet modern building standards (Code for Sustainable Homes and BREEAM excellent standards).

Our aim is to create healthy buildings which have low embodied energy and require low energy in use. In so doing we are committed to breaking with conventional construction techniques and employing new ideas, cutting edge methods and natural products which lock CO2  up for the life of the building.

This year at the London show we will be mocking up a Victorian terrace, explaining the chain of events that lead to a damp, cold property. We will demonstrate how you can remedy and improve your property with a few simple repairs and the addition of an insulated hempcrete solid floor, internal or external hempcrete solid wall insulation and breathable plasters/renders.
